The setup will require two Nexudus users.
The first one is an Admin account with API access that will do the communication with Nexudus. It is a good idea to set up a service account for this purpose and not a real user account. If the password is changed without updating it in HCP the connection will stop.
The second one is a coworker account, a customer user, that is used to send out any e-mails needed from HCP like check-in reminders. This account will be the sender of those e-mails. This e-mail will also be used to log in to HCP in the future.
