Export monitoring data to CSV

Available in Humly Control Panel version 1.8 and later.

Which rooms' monitoring data that are exported to a CSV-file is determined by location filter, search filter and/or device status filter. I.e. if you filter by a specific country, city, building or floor in Monitoring and do an export, the monitoring data for the rooms in that specific structure will be included in the created CSV-file. Pagination is not taken into consideration when doing an export to a CSV-file, the monitoring data for all rooms that has been filtered out will be included in the CSV-file, even if rooms exist on other pages.

Only a Global Admin or a Local Admin are able to export monitoring data to a CSV-file.

 

Instructions

  1. Go to Rooms and select the Monitoring tab

  2. Use either location filter, device status filter and/or search filter to decide which rooms' monitoring data you want to export

  3. Click Export to .csv

  4. A CSV-file with monitoring data will be downloaded to your computer

  5. Open the CSV-file using an appropriate software (i.e. Excel)
