Patch 1.34.1

Humly Control Panel

  • Support for Government M365 using Graph
  • Check-in confirmation and cancellation based on the sensor readings.
  • Check-in reminder email with a link to check-in.
  • Check-in improvements and bug fixs when the devices are offline.
  • Humly Booking Device RFID support for auto and requested enrollment
  • Technical contact: Ability to change technical contact directly from the Humly Control Panel. 
  • Humly Control Panel Backup Restore: Improved stability after service reset.
  • CSV Import: Enhanced import logic for resource data.
  • Structure Filtering: Fixed resource visibility issues (resources with "-" in the resource name).

  • Admin Flow:

    • Password recovery fallback method added.

    • Fixed pop-up and redirect after the admin password change.

  • User Settings: Improved inactivity timeout validation in Global Settings.
  • Sensor Jobs: Create a job to check and enable data connectors.

Humly Wayfinding

  • Option to show ongoing/upcoming meetings & available rooms in either portrait or landscape mode.
  • Option to hide available rooms and show only ongoing/upcoming meetings in either portrait or landscape mode.
  • Option to only show available rooms in either portrait or landscape mode.

Humly Reservations

  • Teams meeting can be created from Humly reservation

Humly Floorplan

  • Floorplan Enhancements:

    • Hide the footer if empty

    • Fixed an issue where the PIN remained displayed over the booking modal when creating a meeting.

Humly Control Panel - 2025-07-04

🔧 Fixes

  • Incorrect structure order shown to local admins has been fixed
  • Visitors were being auto-checked out right after check-in; this bug has been resolved
  • Backup restore stability improved; previously failed intermittently 
  • Minor typo corrected in resource settings
  • Humly Booking Devices showing the yellow bad connection icon has been fixed.

👤 User Experience & Admin

  • Local Admins can now properly filter their assigned structures.
  • The system no longer requests SMS license data unnecessarily on startup.

➕ New Features / Enhancements

  • License plate fields added to user profiles, with the support to import and export to CSV.
  • Ability to export today’s meetings to CSV for a given structure

Patch 1.34.2

Humly Control Panel - 2025-07-11

🔧 Fixes

  • Calendar Sync fix: Fixed an edge case issue in the synchronization with Graph. 
  • Floor Plan Editor: Fixed the whitescreen issue when trying to edit existing floor plans.
  • Humly Sense: Fixed alignment in the air quality section.
  • Humly Sense: Masking the secret key in Humly Control Panel logs.
  • M365 Integration: Corrected group search behavior in booking system.
  • Structure: Fixed the undefined error in resource settings.

👤 User Experience & Admin

  • Humly Reservation: The 100 resources capping is removed if the floor is selected in the structure.

➕ Humly Visitor

  • Privacy policy checkbox no longer requires double click.

  • Improved the Email and phone number validation.

  • Fixed date validation in custom date range.

  • Automatic deletion toggle now behaves correctly.

Known issues

  • Safari Browser Authorization: Device authorization using Safari expires after one week. Additionally, Screen Approval is not supported on Safari.

  • Proxy/Google Authentication: Running on-prem HCP with proxy and Google authentication is currently not supported.

  • iOS Provisioning App: Onboarding Humly Booking Devices (HBDs) via the iOS app may fail in some instances. As a workaround, restart both the phone and the HBD device, then retry the onboarding process.

  • Multi-Day All-Day Meetings: Meetings marked as "All Day" spanning more than one day cannot be edited in Humly Reservations.

  • License Screen (On-Prem Customers): A white screen may appear when refreshing the license screen. Reloading the page serves as a temporary workaround.

  • Morning Boot Freeze (Humly Room Display): In rare cases, Humly Room Displays may freeze on the logo screen during morning startup. A manual reboot resolves the issue.
