New Features & Enhancements

  • Proxy Compatibility: Fixed the proxy compatibility for Humly Control Panel with Graph.
  • Expanded Integrations: Added support for integrating Logic Data CB leg with Humly Booking Devices.
  • Licensing Updates: Enhanced license visibility and validation for Humly Room Displays.
  • Statistics: Upgraded CSV export capabilities for statistics and resource usage, including new data columns for more robust analysis.

Known issues


  • Safari Browser Authorization: Device authorization using Safari expires after one week. Additionally, Screen Approval is not supported on Safari.

  • Proxy/Google Authentication: Running on-prem HCP with proxy and Google authentication is currently not supported.

  • iOS Provisioning App: Onboarding Humly Booking Devices (HBDs) via the iOS app may fail in some instances. As a workaround, restart both the phone and the HBD device, then retry the onboarding process.

  • Multi-Day All-Day Meetings: Meetings marked as "All Day" spanning more than one day cannot be edited in Humly Reservations.

  • License Screen (On-Prem Customers): A white screen may appear when refreshing the license screen. Reloading the page serves as a temporary workaround.

  • Morning Boot Freeze (Humly Room Display): In rare cases, Humly Room Displays may freeze on the logo screen during morning startup. A manual reboot resolves the issue.
