Calculating statistics using working hours

When calculating statistics based on working hours, it is important to be aware of some key rules for the different types of exports provided by the Humly Control Panel: the general statistics export to CSV and the RAW export to CSV.

Bookings that begin and end outside working hours

  • General statistics: The booking will be excluded from the statistics since its entire duration is outside working hours.
  • RAW statistics: The booking will be included in the statistics, including data about the time outside working hours.

Bookings that begin before the start of the workday and end before the end of the workday.

  • General statistics: The booking will be included in the statistics, but only for the duration within the working hours. For example, if a booking begins at 08:00 and ends at 11:00, and the workday start and end time is set to 09:00 - 17:00, the duration included in the statistics will be 2 hours (09:00 to 11:00). The first hour will not be included in the statistics.
  • RAW statistics: The booking will be included in the statistics, including data about the time outside working hours.

Bookings that begin before the end of the workday but end after the end of the workday.

  • General statistics: The booking will be included in the statistics, but only for the duration within the working hours. For example, if a booking begins at 15:00 and ends at 18:00, and the workday start and end time is set to 09:00 - 17:00, the duration included in the statistics will be 2 hours (15:00 to 17:00). The last hour will not be included in the statistics.
  • RAW statistics: The booking will be included in the statistics, including data about the time outside working hours.
