Q

What will show as the organiser on the HRD?

A

Prioritising order:

 

  1. Team - if a customer is a member of a team that team will show up as organiser on the Humly Room Display. If the customer is a member of more than 1 team, all teams will show on the Humly Room Display (if it will not fit on the room display it will get truncated)
  2. Company - if the customer is a Individual or Company that has the form field “Company name” filled, that will show up as the organiser on the Humly Room Display
  3. Billing/Trading name - If the customer has under Contact and billing set at billing / trading name, that will show as the organiser on the Humly Room Display
  4. Customer - If none of the above has been added, the organiser on the Humly Room Display will be the customer’s full name

What is an office in Nexudus and Humly Control Panel?

A

In Nexudus offices can be found at Home>Inventory and by clicking “Inventory list”. Offices are meant to be booked for a longer amount of time and is handled separately compared to meeting rooms. In Humly Control Panel an Office is highlighted by a orange color and should be run in Signage mode for the start end time that is used for the booking in Nexudus.

Can I report equipment from the HRD?

A

Yes. However authentication should be disabled (unless you want only added users in HCP to be able to report broken equipment and those need to exist in Nexudus) and the email address which will receive the email must exist as a customer or admin in Nexudus.

Can a Local Admin resolve broken equipment directly from the Humly Room Display?

A

No, currently it is not possible for Nexudus. Only a Global Admin can resolve broken equipment directly from the Humly Room Display. However, if a Local Admin is added to HCP (email must exist as a member in Nexudus) the equipment can be resolved from HCP by a Local Admin.

Does HCP support sending email about device status for Nexudus?

A

No. An email is sent but there is no attachment with offline devices included. Also, the recipient’s email needs to exist in Nexudus

Does Nexudus support Check-in?

A

No, check-in is not supported

A

No, Room w/i Room is not supported.

Can I book another room from the Humly Room DIsplay by using ‘Find another room’?

Can I book directly on the Humly Room Display without having to go through the Nexudus Passport app?

No, it’s not supported.

Does Nexudus support Analytics as in sending email about cost of not checking in?

A

No it does not. Since Check-in isn’t supported, setting a currency for Analytics in Global Settings and then enabling it in Room Settings doesn’t have any meaning

Does Nexudus work with Humly Wayfinding

A

Yes it does. However, user should not include Offices on a Wayfinding screen since they will always show as Available (they’re booked and handled in another way in Nexudus)

Does Nexudus work with Humly Reservations

A

No, Nexudus have their own booking applications. Reservations might be accessible but no booking can be made and should not be used!

Does Nexudus work with Humly Desk Booking

A

Yes it does.

Does Nexudus work with Humly Floor Plan

A

Yes, but only the read-only version of Humly Floor Plan where you can see an overview of a floor and its rooms availability. However, only meeting rooms and NOT offices will show the correct status.

Does Nexudus support showing meeting subject on the Humly Room Display

A

No, since meeting subject can’t be added in Nexudus when making a booking it will only say “Booked” on the display.

Does Nexudus support showing/hiding the organizer who booked the meeting from Nexudus?

A

Yes, it does support both showing and hiding the organizer.

Does Nexudus support displaying tentative meetings?

A

No, Nexudus does not support tentative meetings

Why can’t a user find the meeting room in the Nexudus Passport app when swiping their phone or scanning the QR code?

A

Make sure the meeting room has enabled “Display this resource on the web portal and the members App” in the room’s resource details in Nexudus. Otherwise it will not show up.
