Floor Plan for on-premise Humly Control Panel
Humly's floor plan functionality involves syncing a 3D map from a third-party solution known as Smplrspace. As Smplrspace owns the 3D map, on-premise customers may need to adjust firewall rules to allow access from Smplrspace's cloud to enable the Humly Control Panel to view the 3D map. Afterwards, from the Humly control panel, you as a Global Admin can then assign which rooms, desks or parking spaces should be bookable, which is mentioned in this guide.
We only retrieve the 3D map from Smplrspace, making the connection strictly inbound. No user data is synchronizing from and/or to Smplrspace.
Smplrspace uses Cloudfare which means that your 3D map could exist on any of the following IPs https://www.cloudflare.com/ips/
