This article provides guidelines on the different methods for editing room settings in Humly either from an individual room level or from an entire structure level.
- In Humly Control Panel, all rooms and desks are assigned to a structure that follows the hierarchy Country → City → Building → Floor.
- Each room or desk inherits default settings from its assigned structure. These settings can be modified by users according to their preferences.
- You can choose to edit the settings for an individual room(s) or apply changes to all rooms within a specific Country, City, Building, or Floor.
- This means that any new rooms added to the structure will automatically inherit its settings, and all existing rooms within the structure will be updated whenever those structure settings are modified.

Described below are two options to edit room settings
Edit settings for one or more individual rooms
In order to modify these settings, go to Resources > Room settings >Select the rooms > Click Edit selected > then modify the settings and save as seen on the screenshot below.
Edit settings for an entire structure
A) Edit settings for entire Country
To do this, navigate to Resources → Room Settings, select the desired Country, and click Edit Settings for Country.
B) Edit settings for entire City
To achieve this, navigate to Resources → Room Settings, select the relevant City, and click Edit Settings for City.
C) Edit settings for entire Building
To achieve this, navigate to Resources → Room Settings, select the desired Building, and click Edit Settings for Building.
D) Edit settings for entire floor
To achieve this, go to Resources > Room settings > Select the Floor> Edit Settings for floor
