Raw data export columns

The raw data export has one row per booking. This article lists every column. Scheduled exports use the same format. See Export statistics to create the file.

Example

Three bookings in a raw data export, with subject, organizer, times, end type and duration

The picture shows a selection of the columns. The rows are bookings that nobody checked in, so EndTime is earlier than OriginalEndTime.

The anonymized export has the same columns. Two of them change:

  • BookingSubject is empty.
  • EventOwner says Booked in calendar, or Booked on screen for bookings made on a device.

The same three bookings in the anonymized export, with empty subjects and Booked in calendar as organizer

In version 2.5 and earlier, the anonymized export keeps BookingSubject.

Work out usage per person

To see how much each person books, use the raw export with a pivot table.

  1. Export Raw data to CSV for the period and open it in Excel.
  2. Select the data and choose Insert > PivotTable.
  3. Drag EventOwner to Rows.
  4. Drag BookingDuration to Values. Excel shows the total minutes per person.
